Her love for people and making them happy drove her to start the business as a “side hustle” while she worked in an Executive position in corporate Jamaica.

In 2020, the Covid 19 Pandemic taught the world to operate differently and TTSDD was committed to moving with the times. The possibilities were endless with this new norm brought to the Customer Service industry. Trevene is committed to sharing her expertise and services with Jamaica and the world. When you could no longer visit your regular restaurant, shops, supermarkets, stores, and businesses, the online industry was making use of this new way of doing business.
